A psychospiritual consulting practice
Powerpoles
Viewpoint sets the premise. Knowledge Centre maps the lineages. Work Body walks the outcomes. Services is how you begin.
The starting point
Why people feel powerless
Every person possesses immense potential. Yet most people live only a fraction of it.
Not because they lack ability — but because their power has become fragmented: through unconscious conditioning, emotional wounds, fear, limiting beliefs, inherited identity, and experiences that were never integrated.
Transformation begins with awareness.
Four pillars
How the work is organised

Founder & Director
Meet the director
The work of this practice is personal before it is professional.
Abhishek founded this practice after two decades of study and work at the meeting point of depth psychology, contemplative traditions, and the practical demands of modern life. His path into this work was not academic curiosity but necessity: the discovery, in his own life, that competence and success can coexist with a quiet estrangement from oneself — and that there is a way back.
His approach is integrative and undogmatic. From psychology he takes rigour: an honest account of conditioning, shadow, and the mechanics of change. From the contemplative traditions he takes depth: practices of presence and self-inquiry refined over centuries. From years of accompanying professionals, leaders, and seekers he takes realism — transformation must survive contact with deadlines, families, and ordinary Tuesdays, or it is not transformation.
He works with one conviction above all: nothing needs to be added to a human being. Power is not built; it is reclaimed. The work is to remove what obscures it.
What you can count on
- Every engagement is confidential, unhurried, and free of formulas
- Psychologically grounded and spiritually inclusive — no doctrine required
- Honest guidance, including when this practice is not the right fit
- His own ongoing practice, supervision, and study — the work is never finished
“I don't offer answers I haven't lived with. This work asks of me exactly what it asks of the people I accompany: awareness, honesty, and the willingness to keep beginning.”
